Rosenergoatom Corporation Implemented a Budgeting Management System Based on Foresight Budgeting
Rosenergoatom Corporation (part of the Electric Power Division of Rosatom State Corporation) completed implementation of an import-independent budgeting management information system. The project was part of the import substitution program, resulting in the system previously implemented based on SAP BPC being replaced by a system based on the domestic solution Foresight Budgeting.
Within the project, more than 200 budget forms and more than 400 calculation algorithms have been updated and adapted to work with the new system. The volume of annual planning and reporting cycle data in the system is about 30 GB, the time of retrospective data storage is 10 years. The organizational scope of the project included 11 Russian nuclear power plants, the Central Office of Rosenergoatom Corporation JSC and six of its branches.
